Elyxir Solutions is an authorised reseller of Nico2000 Ltd ELIT electrochemical instruments, operating from London, United Kingdom. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products

All products listed on this website are ELIT-branded electrochemical instruments and accessories manufactured by Nico2000 Ltd. We are an authorised distributor and reseller of these products.

Product specifications, images, and descriptions are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify products at any time.

3. Pricing and Quotes

Prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change. For accurate, up-to-date pricing, please submit a quote request. A formal quotation will be provided by email and will be valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied at the current UK rate where applicable.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing (by email). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the event of pricing errors.

Payment is required before dispatch unless a credit account has been agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Payment card data is processed securely by our payment provider and is not stored by us.

5. Delivery

We ship from the UK. Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees applicable in the destination country.

If goods are damaged or lost in transit, please notify us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Business customers

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for goods in original, unopened condition, subject to a restocking fee. Bespoke, special-order, or opened items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Consumer customers

If you are purchasing as a consumer (not in the course of a business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, please contact us at sales@nico2000.net before returning goods. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty.

7. Warranty

ELIT instruments are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover consumable components (including electrode membranes), damage caused by misuse, or failure to follow operating instructions.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a description of the defect. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective item.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elyxir Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
